About Diane

Diane Hudock has been a leading and recognized yoga instructor known for her inspirational style of teaching and hands-on approach that brings together the expansive and healing principles of Yoga within a dynamic and spontaneous Vinyasa practice. She has developed her own unique philosophy for the multi-dimensional beings that we are: "do a consciously challenging and heart-centered practice, that shifts you out of your comfort zone, in order to remove fear, expand the mind, and create the greatest freedom in the physical body."

Diane first discovered yoga in the mid nineties when it was offered as an extra-curricular class at Sarah Lawrence College. She left with a sense of well-being and mind-body connectedness she had never quite experienced before. From then on, she was drawn to this path for healing and self-inquiry. She continued her studies in NYC with Sharon Gannon, Cyndi Lee, and Noah White, as well as, learning intensively in mind-body medicine, Reiki Mastery, and bioenergetics. She moved to Los Angeles in 1999 and studied with some of the most renowned teachers including Mark Blanchard, Steven Earth, Frank White, Anna Forrest, Guru Singh, Chris Chavez, Anthony Benedetti, Noah Maze, and John Friend.
